Hyatt House Jeddah Sari Street Hotel

We had a wonderful experience at hyatt house. the location was fantastic, and our rooms were not only tidy but also very comfortable. the staff, especially jahid from room service, were attentive and quick to respond to our needs. we were pleasantly surprised when amani at reception upgraded us to a suite after a small issue with our original room. the swimming pool was spotless, and having a sofa bed was a great addition for extra sleeping space.

The breakfast featured an excellent selection of hot and cold dishes, including freshly made custom omelettes. The staff were attentive, providing really good care and expertise throughout my visit, extra special.

Parking was a bit tight.

The accommodation was wonderful, pool was nice, beds were exceptionally comfortable. The staff were very very nice and pleasant, the breakfast was exceptional with lots of food. The location was particularly good, close to many things and the interior design was very modern. Besides, it was close enough to the Corniche and airport, the old town, Al Balad and many restaurants and shops.

I had a great stay overall! The rooms were super clean and comfy, which made for a cozy retreat. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. Plus, the location is fantastic-everything you need is just a short drive away. The staff was really friendly, especially Abdulaziz at the front desk, who went above and beyond to help us out.

On the flip side, the entrance doesn’t really feel like a hotel, which was a bit odd. I also had to ask multiple times for a mug but was only given a paper cup. Lastly, it would’ve been nice if the sofa bed was made up for us upon arrival. though, I had a pretty good experience!

Very early check-in and late check-out, parking outside. Exceptional breakfast with a great selection of food. Excellent and cooperative staff, free wake up service and ironing.

I thoroughly enjoyed the hotel, it was modern and reasonably clean with comfortable location close to many things. The food in the bar was amazing and great. The breakfast was exceptional, the check in was very early.

our room was spacious and very clean, equipped with great amenities like a full-sized mini fridge and a comfortable sofa bed. the breakfast buffet was delicious and the staff, including jahid and abdulaziz, were really good—always friendly, helpful, and attentive. we particularly appreciated the ease of access to the swimming pool without any strict rules. we felt well taken care of, especially when reception upgraded us to a suite after some initial issues.

we had an amazing stay at hyatt house, enjoying the spacious and well-equipped room, which included a full-sized refrigerator and a comfortable sofa bed that even adults could sleep on. the cleanliness of the bathroom was impressive, with a great shower that kept us refreshed. the staff, especially robel from room service and abdulaziz at reception, provided really good service, making our experience even better. the delicious breakfast and no restrictions at the pool made our family trip nice.

The breakfast experience was disappointing; there was only one guy cooking everything, and he looked overwhelmed and frustrated. It made the whole vibe uncomfortable. A little help could really go a long way in brightening up the morning.

Excellent custom omelette station at breakfast.

The check-in experience was far from pleasant. The receptionist, who I believe was named Mohamed, seemed unwelcoming and annoyed. Locating the hotel lobby was confusing, and I had to switch rooms, only to find that some of my belongings went missing, which the staff did not return until I specifically asked for them.

The rooftop garden was stunning, offering beautiful views of the city, and the breakfast buffet featured a diverse menu with an impressive custom omelette station that catered to various tastes.

Our family enjoyed spacious rooms with excellent facilities like a full-sized mini fridge and cooktop. A nice shout-out to Roaa, who ensured we were well taken care of!
